About LeakFound

These terms cover the LeakFound website and business financial-review subscription. Please read them before subscribing. Contact hello@leakfound.com with questions.

Service and eligibility

LeakFound reviews financial reports supplied by business customers to identify potential savings, unusual cost changes, and practical business actions. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and share its information.

The service depends on the completeness, accuracy, and usefulness of the information you provide. Upload up to six financial reports through the designated upload route, in Excel, CSV, or PDF format. Use your business name in filenames and the same email address used at checkout so reports can be matched to your subscription.

Payment alone does not provide the financial data needed for a review. We may request clarification or replacement files before analysis can begin. We deliver your review by email within 24 hours after receiving your complete reports. If clarification or replacement files are needed, the 24-hour turnaround begins once we receive the complete information needed for your review. We do not guarantee any particular savings outcome.

Pricing and automatic renewal

The introductory offer for an eligible first-time subscriber is $9.99 for the first monthly billing period. After that first month, the subscription automatically renews at $79.99 per month until canceled.

The first month is paid, not a free trial. The introductory discount applies once and is subject to the eligibility shown at checkout. Confirm the amount due before subscribing. Any applicable taxes or other amounts charged must be disclosed at checkout.

By completing the subscription checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the initial payment and subsequent monthly renewals. Your checkout confirmation and customer portal show the billing details and renewal date.

Prices for your existing subscription will not be changed without advance notice and any consent required by applicable law.

How to cancel

You can cancel future renewals through Manage Subscriptions in the website footer or directly at:

Use the email address associated with your subscription. The portal sends a sign-in link to that email.

Complete cancellation before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, and your subscription remains active until then. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

If you cannot access the portal, email hello@leakfound.com from your subscription email and request cancellation. Include your business name so we can locate the subscription. You do not need to provide payment-card numbers. Contact us promptly about any charge made after a timely cancellation request.

Billing questions and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an amount already paid. If you believe a charge is incorrect, a cancellation was not honored, or the service was not provided, contact hello@leakfound.com with the relevant details.

We will review refund requests based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law.

Your reports and permissions

You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. You give LeakFound permission to receive, store, process, and review them, including through the service providers described in the Privacy Policy, to deliver and administer the service.

LeakFound uses ChatGPT/OpenAI to assist with report analysis and preparation of results. Report information may be processed by OpenAI for that purpose.

Upload only information you have the right to share. Remove bank and payment-card account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, employee payroll details, customer personal information, and other unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit unlawful material or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

Nature and limits of the analysis

Our analysis is business information and decision support. It is not an audit, assurance engagement, bookkeeping certification, legal opinion, tax advice, investment advice, or a substitute for a licensed professional where one is needed.

Analysis, including AI-assisted work, may contain errors or omissions. Review recommendations against your own records and consult appropriate professionals before acting. You remain responsible for business decisions, filings, payments, and implementation.

We do not guarantee savings, profitability, identification of every issue, or any particular financial result. No brokerage, investment-management, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship is created by subscribing.

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not attempt to access another customer's reports, interfere with the site or service, introduce malicious files, or misuse payment or upload systems.

We may pause access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, missing information, or payment failure, and will communicate material service issues where practicable. If we discontinue your paid service, we will address any affected unused period as required by applicable law.

Third-party websites and services, including Stripe and Dropbox, also have their own terms. Temporary outages or provider issues may affect availability.

Responsibility and legal rights

The service is provided with the limitations described above. Any limits or disclaimers in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud or other non-excludable misconduct.

Please contact hello@leakfound.com first about a service concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any rights or remedies that applicable law provides.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. The updated version will show its effective date. We will provide notice of material changes affecting an existing subscription and obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter charges or disputes.
